Camp Du Nord 2025

We spent another MEA weekend up at Camp Du Nord! This time we went with some good friends. Veronica had to stay back for The Little Mermaid performances. We missed her, but it sounds like she had a good time on stage and with Grandma Linda.

 

We stayed at Dane Lodge:

Veronica turns 15

It was kind of an odd birthday. She went to school and then had a short time at home before she needed to get down to the theater for another performance of The Little Mermaid. We finally had some time for cake and gifts afterwards.

The next day, after two dance classes, we went out for brunch at Churchill St before she had to be back at the theater for yet another performance of The Little Mermaid. This girl is firing on all cylinders!

Grandpa Rak (not pictured) and Sofia were in town for the weekend and joined us for brunch.

I wish we had more of a chance to celebrate this amazing daughter of mine. I am super proud of her and love her so much. Let's make something happen for her Sweet Sixteen next year!

Overdue iPhone dump

It's been a while since I've done one of these. I don't think any of these photos have been posted yet, although some are on Instagram. These are just a few that slipped through the cracks because they were not quite interesting enough to warrant their own post... It ends up being a lot of shots of us eating. There are also more shots of me than usual, and some were not taken by me, so credit goes to the alternate photographers.
