New lens, new kitchen

After almost a year of monitoring Craigslist, I managed to find the wide-angle lens I've been wanting for my DSLR. I am quite pleased with the purchase and can't wait to get some use out of it.  In fact you can count on me overusing it for a while, until I learn proper photographic restraint, if there is such a thing.

In other news, we also found a cute, wooden toy kitchen for Veronica on Craiglist.  It was too good of a deal to pass up, and the only real problem with it is a missing a facet and knobs.  So far that hasn't stopped her from having a lot of fun with it.
