Wow, we've been married 15 years now and together for 20, which is about half our lives. I'm not sure we knew what we were getting ourselves into on that rainy Saturday at a small church in Alabama, but I wouldn't trade the time since for anything in the world... well, maybe for something on Mars. No, not even that.

My younger brother and his wife had a baby, but nobody has been able to visit the little guy due to the pandemic. We decided to make the trek over to Maple Grove and get a look at him from the driveway. He's definitely a cutie, a sleepy cutie :-).
Omri can ride a two-wheel bike now! He's proud of his new skill and I am proud of him. He loves it! He's been out riding every day since he learned on March 30 (except for Easter due to the snow storm).
The four of us--and some special guests--wanted to say a few words to my Aunt Gloria and Uncle Jack on their 50th wedding anniversary, so we made this video. It has a bit of a twist ending... so wait for it.
I meant to include this in yesterday's post, but it slipped through the cracks. Veronica set up this photo opp for the little guy. I believe it is meant to be somewhat tongue-in-cheek.
The egg hunt:
I made the controversial decision to buy a different type of egg dying kit this year. This one involved some mixing:
We will get to Easter photos eventually, but for now enjoy this video creation from Veronica, Omri, Elise, and Tyler. It's a sort of "next generation" rendition of my infamous Cottage Cheese series. They shot it last fall at my family's hunting shack and Veronica just wrapped up the editing over the weekend. They definitely had fun with it!
