Christmas morning 2017
Capturing Christmas morning was a little tricky. I had trouble deciding between shooting stills and video, so I did a little of both and wish I had more of each.
This is the footage from when the kids first came downstairs. It starts off a little slow, but keep watching. Omri's reaction around the 5 minute mark is priceless.
Stay tuned and (in a few days) you'll get to see the newest addition to our family.

Christmas Eve 2017
This may be my favorite choir performance ever. Omri is dressed as a donkey but thinks he's an owl. He does great with the hand motions! Veronica is present as a wiseperson. Unfortunately I missed part of her second performance in the video below.
These two make Christmas so much fun!

Solstice Day 2017
As usual, on the Friday before her winter break, we were able to check out what Veronica has been up to at school this year.
I'm happy to report that she appears to be enjoying it!

North Pole Express
Omri received some tickets a Polar Express ride for his birthday and he took the rest of us along.
We didn't travel a great distance, but there were some sights along the way:
Sing-along time:
Hand painting:
A magic act:
It is true: we wore our matching pajamas on the train!
Ho ho ho:
Hot chocolate and cookies afterward:
