R and V both ran a race last Saturday. V is not looking too happy about it here:

R did great. I'm proud of her for challenging herself by running her first race. I do have a shot of her running by, but I'm not sure I'm allowed to post it :-). Here's a cell phone pic with a BosSci coworker after the race instead:
